Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Apples
1 Inch Piece of Ginger (1 to 3 inch piece)
1 Lemon (unpeeled if organic, peeled if not organic)
1 Bunch Cilantro
1 Bunch Parsley
1 Bunch Arugula
3 Habanero Peppers
1 Cucumber
Directions:
Place each ingredient in the juicer. For the most nutritional benefits, drink juice soon
after it’s made. This retains the nutrients, including important enzymes. Immediately
pour any remaining juice into glass mason jars and seal shut with plastic lids (metal
lids rust). Store jars of juice in the refrigerator or cooler until ready to drink. With
proper storage, fresh pressed juice can stay fresh for up to 3 days.
