elements that they lack are just as important. These include saturated fat, trans fat,
cholesterol, high fructose corn syrup, refined sugars, artificial flavors, MSG,
hormones, and other harmful elements found in many of the things we eat on a daily
basis.

By avoiding the unhealthy qualities foods found in most and adding in a daily dose of
healthy antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fiber, you can improve your health
ten-fold. The more vegetables you eat the better health you will have, and adding
vegetables is so much easier in a tasty smoothie. If you want to improve your
