Youtube Title: Jay Kordich Makes "Liver Mover" Juice with PowerGrind Pro
Uploaded by: LiveFoodsLiveBodies
Jay Kordich is known as the "father of juicing". He's been educating the public
about the health benefits of raw foods/living foods for over 50 years. He's most well
known for his teachings about drinking raw fresh juices for prevention and natural
treatment of various health conditions. After being diagnosed with a serious illness at
the age of 25 and being told that he may not live much longer, Jay reviewed all the
treatments available. He soon learned about Dr. Max Gerson, located in New York
City, who was treating terminally ill patients with raw fresh juices and healthy
cleansing diets.
Jay traveled from California to Dr. Gerson's treatment center in New York City and
became his patient. He was immediately put on a regimen of large doses of raw
carrot/apple juice. Only a few months after starting the juice regimen, Jay's health
was restored and the direction of his life was changed forever. Soon after that, Jay
decided he wanted to spread the word about drinking fresh juices and eating a
healthy diet. So for the next 40 years Jay took his message all over the world, from
county fairs to large department stores to seaside juicing shops. Today, he
continues to educate the public about the health benefits of raw food juices and the
raw food/living food diet. You can learn more about Jay's products and teachings by
visiting his website and Youtube channel.

Ingredients:
1/2 Beet
2 Apples (cut them into quarters if necessary)
Caution: Never drink beet juice alone. It's nutritionally overpowering and drinking it
alone will cause negative side effects. Drinking fresh juice which contains some beet
juice is highly nutritional and cleansing. Read Beet Juice Side Effects for more
information.
Directions:
Press the 1/2 beet through the juicer. Press apple quarters through the juicer. For
best results, drink immediately (soon after it's made).
