a look at the brain waves of those that meditate, there is usually a mixture of alpha
and theta waves. This is what you will see when a person is between waking and

connections between the different areas of the brain are also improved. Meditation
can bring a person relaxation and an enormous degree of stress reduction. We know
that being subjected to stress can be very dangerous to us especially if we are
stressed for long periods of time. The sad thing is that sometimes we think that we
are in the normal state when in fact we are under a stressful state. Why does this
happen? The reason for this is when an individual is subjected to stress over a period
