ones such as nuts that play a huge role. Cashews, almonds and pecans are packed
with omega-3 fatty acids. These acids serve as building blocks for regrowing your
hair. Even fish like salmon contain large amounts of it, and is beneficial for hair
growth.

You don't have to get on some type of fad diet or even change your eating habits
around totally in order to boost hair growth. Just get more of what your body is
