The Truth About High Cholesterol - What Your Doctor Does
Not Want You to Know
by Robert Barringer
that high cholesterol is bad for us? Simple.... MONEY. Cholesterol lowering medication
is the number prescribed and selling medication in the U.S. It fattens the drug
companies and the doctors' pocket book. If high cholesterol was so dangerous and
the majority of folks above the age of 40 are on it then why are so many people still
dying from heart disease? Answer: there is no correlation.

If High Cholesterol is not the culprit, then what is?

The answer is high blood sugar levels. When you have too much sugar in your blood
it thickens it causing damage to your arteries and veins. To repair the damage your
body produces cholesterol which in tern forms plaque. The build up plaque makes it
harder and harder for your heart to pump blood throughout your body (i.e. high
blood pressure). The result is heart attacks, heart failure, strokes, diabetes, etc.
Throw in being over weight and now your heart is on triple time trying to get the
blood through any even larger surface area. High cholesterol is the result of your
body trying to repair the damage done by eating too many carbohydrates. If you
reduce your carbohydrate (all carbohydrates are broken down by the body into
glucose) you will reduce the risk of the health issues above.

Is taking cholesterol lowering medication bad?

YES! By taking cholesterol lowering medications (known as statins) you can weaken
your immune system, suffer memory loss, reduce essential hormone production,
and even increase your chances of heart problems.

Hears how you can help prevent any of the discussed health issues:

- Eat a well balanced diet of high protein, high fiber, and minimal carbohydrates. -
Moderate exercise or some kind of physical activity. - These steps will result in a
strong immune system, ideal body shape, and energy to get you though the day.

Robert has been studying the health and nutrition industry for the past years.
Through research and personal experiences he has found the majority of health
information released to the public is inaccurate and unfounded.

High Cholesterol Levels have
NEVER resulted in Death!

There has never been any legitimate
research supporting the fact that high
levels of cholesterol have lead to any
type of heart disease, cancer, or any
other "diseases" plaguing our society.
In fact, cholesterol is vital to many
functions of our body. These
functions include but are not limited
to hormone production, liver
production, immune system, and
even memory retention. So why
