some benefits that you should know:

1. Turmeric is powerful to reduce pigmentation and even out your skin tone. If you
want a fairer-looking, blemish-free skin, just mix turmeric powder with some lemon
juice or cucumber. Apply the mixture to your face, leave it on for a few minutes, and
then wash it off. Use this mixture regularly for best result.

2. One common skin problem that most women have is acne. Turmeric is the safer
and more affordable alternative to commercial acne treatment products. This plant
contains chemical substances that are harmless for your skin, but effective in
combating pimples. It possesses anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce

powder and a little water. Then, apply the paste to the affected area.

3. If you want your skin to stay youthful, you should exfoliate it regularly. You can
easily body scrub from turmeric powder at home. Mix it with some gram flour and
water, and scrub the mixture all over your body before taking a bath or shower.
Doing this treatment regularly will help you get a spotless and glowing skin.

4. The herb is also able to reduce unsightly stretch marks on your abdomen. Stretch
marks often occur in pregnant woman and it can be avoided with a simple home
remedy. Mix turmeric powder with yogurt and apply it to the abdomen. Leave it on
