important that you consult a physician or a dietitian to help you design a healthy diet
which will incorporate all the requirements of your body.
Along with healthy eating, a regular exercise routine is also important to achieve
weight loss. An effective weight loss exercise regime is a combination of
cardiovascular exercise like running or jogging and weight training to enhance and
maintain muscle tone. You can also include alternate forms of exercise like Yoga or
Tai Chi, which are age old practices to maintain an overall healthy body, mind and
soul. If you are starting new, it is important that you do not indulge in over exercise
to start with, as these vigorous exercise routines are unsustainable and may cause
undue strain to your body.
