What Are The Different Omega 3 Nuts?

all of the fatty acids in the brain are omega 3 fats, it's easy to see why.
However, your body cannot create omega 3 fatty acids on its own like it can with
certain vitamins or nutrients. This means that the only source of these acids you
receive is what you consume each day.
Furthermore, in order to reap the benefits from this substance, you must consume
the correct percentage of these acids. Consuming foods that are high in
alpha-linolenic acids (ALA) such as omega 3 nuts, flaxseed oil, kiwifruit, and others,
can help you maintain the correct balance.
You see, ALA is a short chain omega 3 fatty acid. You need it to maintain sound
health. However, in order for it to be of any use, it must first convert itself into
eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
Out of these two, DHA is the most important, as it has the highest impact on the
body. It can even convert itself into EPA, should your levels run low, but as EPA
cannot convert itself into DHA, it's important that you get high levels of this particular
acid.
If your dietary restrictions force you to avoid fish, you can help keep up high levels of
ALA by consuming omega 3 nuts. Walnuts tend to be the highest in ALA, though
pecans, hazelnuts, cashews, brazil nuts, and almonds are all good sources as well.
You can even find almond butter or peanut butter that has been enriched with omega
3 fatty acids to give you an extra boost.
However, if at all possible, it is best to consume sources of foods that are high in EPA
and DHA as well, as relying solely on ALA can be unreliable, particularly if your body is
overworked or suffering through a chronic illness.
The best way to get a balanced amount of omega 3 fats is through omega 3 fish oil.
These include fish oil derived from salmon, tuna, shark, sardines, and the Hoki fish.
Out of these three, the Hoki fish is the highest in DHA. Its New Zealand habitat is also
so incredibly clean that you run no risk of ingesting harmful pollutants. Either way,
you should also consider products that have been molecularly distilled, as this
process not only removes contaminants from the fish oil, but increases levels of
