at least 112 ounces of water per day, or nearly double that which is regularly

of it every single day to counteract average loss, and the lifestyle factors that
contribute to excessive moisture loss.

The final answer to, will drinking more water help combat fatigue, is that if you drink
enough purified water to prevent even a state of mild dehydration, then your energy
