show this activity and it is known that the temporal lobe processes language. So
when you are rested you have an easier time learning new tasks and remembering
things.
Not getting enough sleep can also affect other parts of the body in adverse ways as
sleep deprivation will raise your blood pressure and affect your nervous system. You
also are not as alert and this can lead to more accidents which can result in injury
and even death. Sleep is very important and you should sleep until you fell rested.
