Uploaded by: RawRadiantHealth on Aug 13, 2010
Natasha St. Michael is a nutrition and natural health educator. She provides
coaching for radiant health & weight loss, she teaches raw food un-cooking classes
(personal and group classes), and she hosts a monthly 10 Day Juice Fasting Program
and a 7 Day Raw Food Challenge.
Health-wise, Natasha has been through a multitude of health problems. She was
born with a hole in her heart and had open-heart surgery at the age of five and a
half. Into her teens and twenties she had one serious health problem after another
including a rare bone disease in her hip, pre-cancer of the cervix, and Poly-Cystic
Ovarian Syndrome. Natasha viewed her health conditions as an opportunity to use
non-traditional healing methods and nutrition to show the people of the world that
they can heal naturally. With a healthy diet and lifestyle, Natasha regained her health.
Along with being healed from her health conditions, she also received increased
energy, mental alertness, clear skin, refreshed sleep, weight loss, self-confidence,
happiness, and several other health benefits. You can learn more nutrition advice
from Natasha by visiting her website and Youtube channel.
