The Benefits of Brewer's Yeast

less powerful and less deep than the second. Here, I will mainly talk about the latter.
It excites a lot of arguments which may encourage you to it eat regularly.
Yeast has a unique composition, which makes it a wonderful food. It contains the
most effective and active nutrients. It contains proteins, lecithin, amino acids which
are most critical to your body; it is also a de-toxicant and a powerful antioxidant with
glutathione, minerals (14) and trace elements, vitamins (17) in the group of vitamin
B and provitamin D. The least we can say is that the composition of the yeast is
exceptional. Few foods combine and supply as many beneficial substances to the
body.
Its benefits can be numerous, although the research does not exist to confirm this
completely. Here are the main benefits:
- It helps digestion.
- It helps to regenerate the intestinal flora, thus counteract constipation, diarrhea.
- It helps to fight against fatigue and burnout.
- It is an antioxidant and fights against aging.
- It helps to eliminate toxins from the body.
- It fights against the loss of appetite.
- It strengthens the immune system in fighting infections.
- It treats diabetes provided it is enriched in chromium.
- It has positive effects on the skin.
- It makes the hair look most beautiful and nails are less brittle.
- It is very good for pregnant women because it helps her in fighting against
nausea and vomiting.
- It is a very good supplement for people who are deficient in protein in their
systems.
- When combined with antibiotics, it helps to fight against their side effects such
as diarrhea.
There are some indications, especially against the usefulness of inactive yeast: that it
would aggravate the inflammatory bowel disease. It also causes headaches, itching in
people hypersensitive to biogenic amines.
With regard to dosage, one must eat it every day at every meal. You can mix the
powder with your food or take a pill. It can be taken by everyone; children,
adolescents, adults, athletes and the elderly.
As you can readily see, yeast seems miraculous and good for everything! Finally, it is
not by drinking beer that you will get all the benefits of yeast! Some damage
perhaps, but it is likely to produce more negative effects than benefits!

Those who think about it, certainly
imagine that the yeast is as good as
the baker's yeast, including the smell
and consistency, which although, can
repel at first. But rest assured as it is
in the form of capsules, powder or
tablets. It consists of microscopic
fungi, germs called "gentiles." There
are two types of yeast: brewer's
yeast which is an inactive derivative
of the brewing industry which is
cheaper; and brewer's yeast which is
active and living and is cultivated in
the laboratory to bring out all its
therapeutic benefits, but is costlier.
The first is effective but its effects are
